Redeemed

To follow up on my knitting shit I hate post, I can happily say that my kermit the frog green purse now falls into the "things I knitted and like" category.

I cut off that doofus handle (I love that you can just cut felted items!) and replaced it with a pair of lucite handles that I bought at my scary local crafts store. Some sewing was required (not a favorite pastime of mine...), but it was quick to do.

I'm just waiting for the magnetic clasp to arrive in the mail, and then kermit will make his debut to the outside world.

wow, the green is totally different from the first one. HINT: Don't use red background color for green things. :)

ANyway, looks fantastic!

So super cute! I am going to knit one for my stepdaughter. Any words of wisdom on which yarns to use?

Awesome!

So might I ask where you found the magnetic clasp for it?

What a cute purse. I knit a purse for my sister-in-law 10 years ago that she loved. I still haven't gotten around to making one for myself. You have inspired me. By the way, how did you get pink polka dots? I have the same template in green. I want your pink. :)

I know this is probably a stupid question but....where'd you get the pattern? Or did you just sorta play it by ear? I love it!
